Sea and Sand Realty has been serving the Grand Strand and surrounding areas of South Carolina since 2010. It is our mission to provide our clients with smooth and affordable real estate sales and service. We know the market and we do the legwork, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact our area. As a full- service real estate brokerage, we’ll use our extensive experience and   to get you the best price for your home sale  or purchase.

Mike Costello

 

Mike Costello, Broker/Owner of Sea and Sand Realty, enjoys helping others with personalized service. Maintaining a unique perspective and knowledge of the area is an important asset in the industry. He will gladly assist you in finding and securing – or listing and selling – the home or property that you have been dreaming about. In his spare time Mike volunteers with multiple local law enforcement organizations helping the local community, and spends each Christmas season as Santa Claus, bringing joy to disadvantaged children.

Sara Zilinsky

Our Office Manager Sara Zilinsky is the newest Realtor to join the Sea and Sand Realty family. Sara has had the opportunity to experience living in many places in the Eastern United States, but is proud to have chosen the beautiful town of Conway, SC for her forever home. Local for 19 years, Sara knows Horry County and the Grand Strand like the back of her hand.

Debbie Pike

Along with being a Real Estate Agent for over 10 years, Debbie also rehabs houses, which is what motivated her to become a Realtor in the first place. She is licensed in both South Carolina and Massachusetts. She enjoys helping people with all aspects of Real Estate.
